best place ever! I totally fell in love with pilates at this place. Rafa and Érika are super sweet, friendly and welcoming, and the Pilates practice is wonderful. classes are group, but in pilates, Rafa pays attention to each student, doing a personalized practice for each one, carefully and with great wisdom, and he really knows a lot about what he does. in addition, I had an excellent result in my body and my mental health doing pilates only once a week. oh, and the devices are great and the price of the studio is VERY affordable, the cheapest I've ever seen. that is, the cost-benefit ratio is perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been a student since 2019. I've always wanted to learn pole dancing, recently I also practice Pilates and Funcinal. In addition to the friendships cultivated, the teachers are trained and respect the individual progress of each student, I highly recommend the Studio.

I love this place. People are very friendly and welcoming. The teachers and the professor are excellent. I went to take an experimental pole dance class and never left again!!!! Wonderful place, family atmosphere the owners are physical education professionals, they are very professional, I take pole fit classes, it is my pole therapy, a nice place to make friends and practice a very nice sport that helps a lot in strengthening and balance, which at the same time time challenges our body and mind. It is a very safe studio, the bars are all of excellent quality, leaded, there is protection underneath, around, a nice place to take pictures, the teachers are excellent, a really nice place that is worth leaving home to practice sport. There's no parking but there's a place on the street, it's easy to access from the subway, also the green line, the price is market, neither cheap nor expensive, it's really worth knowing. There are pilates classes and other activities as well. The audience is varied, thin, chubby, tall, short, young and more experienced, people who have never done pole and advanced, there is room for everyone and the guys always help each other, encouraging and supporting new movements.

I attend Pole classes and sometimes pilates, since 2016. Family atmosphere, welcoming, we feel at home. The owners are a couple dear to Érica and Rafa. Moment of fun, learning, encouragement and professional. I love it and I highly recommend it!
