Villati Pilates- COPAN

I've been taking classes for 3 months and I highly recommend both the structure of the place and the professionals. All equipment is brand new, always very clean and properly sanitized. The service is excellent and the professionals are super capable and attentive. I did months of physiotherapy and acupuncture and only today can I see results in the pain I felt in my neck from spending too much time sitting at home office. The exercises are intense but super possible to be performed and the attention of the teachers ensures that they are done at the correct intensity, following the level of each person. If all this is not enough, I also comment on the cost benefit, which is excellent for the structure and region.

I took classes at both the Louvre and the Copan units. Both are excellent. The equipment is new. The environment is clean, well ventilated. The teachers are super attentive and follow health safety guidelines by Covid. Service from Sinara, the owner, is fast and she is very attentive. It was extremely flexible during the pandemic. I recommend both for the service and for the technical part of the teachers.
