Best yoga studio in São Paulo. Lovely three story building in residential area with classes all day long from 7am to 10 pm. You can always find a class and all the teachers are amazing. Go with a friend or family member and get a discount on your membership (both of you!). Highly recommend

If you're around and feel like moving your body drop by Yoga Flow. Countless different yoga classes, with props, no props, Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ayur etc throughout the day Sunday through Sunday. The place is welcoming, peaceful, and a sweet aroma in the air invites you to get into the right mood. Valet service available at R$ 10. Check it out if you're in São Paulo.

In January 2020 I closed an annual lesson plan. Soon after, the following week I was hospitalized with a neurological problem, unable to resume physical activities. In March came a pandemic. I moved cities for health reasons and requested the cancellation of my course several times. Carla, the manager, was contacted several times and the last time she said that if I moved to another city, it was my problem! I want my money back from the course that I didn't take, it's R$4080 reais paid. I did not take the course and will not take it.

Excellent space to practice Yoga. Despite being located very close to the noisy Avenida Santo Amaro, nothing is heard inside the rooms where the practice takes place. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They work with a prepaid model of classes that is very practical for those who have a crazy routine, and can be used many times in a month or in classes spaced within a few months.

For me, it's the best choice for yoga in São Paulo... the place is beautiful and organized with different types of classes and schedules with extremely experienced teachers. I could take single or monthly classes. And open until Sunday. I recommend it to everyone
