All the teachers at Bodhi Yoga share our yoga knowledge not only with our students, but also with all the other teachers. We are a team here and aim to help each other grow on our yogic and personal journeys. Therefore, although you might attend the classes of just one particular teacher, you will benefit from the accumulative knowledge and experience of all the teachers working at the studio. We care about you—the student. We want to know and understand you, and vice-versa, because once we gain each other’s trust and feel comfortable with each other your yogic progress will so much greater (so will ours, by the way!). This is because when a teacher understands a student, the teacher knows when to push and when to hold back, when to gently encourage and when to be more direct. On the other hand, when a student understands a teacher, the student feels at ease to voice any questions or concerns and is also usually more committed to his/her practice. To facilitate such closeness between teachers and pupils, you’ll find the classes and Bodhi Yoga surprisingly and pleasantly small. It’s a very enjoyable way to learn yoga.
