Natalie is fantastic and such a warm and kind instructor! As owner of Barre Balance, you can tell how much care and attention she gives to all of her classes. Classes are always varied so you’ll always get a different workout and there is good emphasis on stretching out after the class, which can be easily overlooked. The studio is so clean and nicely designed with thoughtful and unique touches - a real pleasure to go for the Barre burn!

Amazing classes mixing ballet, yoga and pilates. Studio is so clean and relaxing. Really enjoyed my first time exercising since birth with Amy who was patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Would love to take part in further events or classes that are planned.

Barre Balance is absolutely brilliant!. The changes to my body, my fitness levels, my confidence, and even to my mental health has been incredible! Natalie is a fabulous teacher, making every session fun, whether it be cardio, toning, or a beginner class. She really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend Barre Balance enough! Just give it a go, it will change your life!

Perfect studio, great workouts and the most loveliest teacher, Nat! The sense of community here stands out from any other gym/studio I have been to which is what i believe makes Barre Balance that extra bit special. Definitely give it a go, you wont regret it.

Never thought I'd come out of a workout smiling until now! Not only does Natalie help focus you and help you through the class she also teaches you to love the body you're in and to build confidence in it! The cardio class really worked me hard but every move has an option for a greater strech and you're always encouraged to go at your own pace! Couldn't recommend this anymore--if you're unsure why wait?
