Mamafit is a great way to connect with other mums and get active again. It was such a help to me as I had no childcare at the time and was lovely to bring my baby along whilst also keeping fit. The range of classes on offer is brilliant and I was easily able to try out different types of classes on different days/times. This was handy as my baby’s routine changed as I could opt for different classes that suited us. It was great to get out the house and chat to others when on Mat leave. Rob and Carla are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable straight away. I wish I had heard about Mamafit earlier than I did as the courses they offer would have supported me even further. Thank you Mamafit!

Mamafit has been fantastic to steadily increase my fitness and strength since having my son. There is such a variety of classes that fit around other commitments. All the trainers are so lovely and help tailor exercises as needed, not to mention the community feel they encourage. I'd recommend Mamafit to anyone, pregnant or postpartum!!

I did pre natal pilates with Roberta whilst pregnant with my second - I could do it via zoom from home which was perfect as I could work it around work and family life. I then did post natal pilates which was so helpful for my recovery and gently eased me back into exercise. A few years ago I did some of Rob’s HIIT classes after my first child. I have always felt comfortable and welcome at Mamafit classes - highly recommend!

I love the variety of classes available and all the trainers are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Not only does it get us out of the house, but the workouts are great - challenging, but fun! It’s also been a place to meet other mums. Cannot recommend enough for new mums!!
