Charley is a brilliant yoga teacher. I have been doing yoga for a few years but find Charley's sessions more varied and engaging than other teachers. You really feel like you are progressing and learning. Charley will help you target certain areas- for me it has been my lower back and shoulders. I also love her relaxation techniques- especially the self massage! I cannot recommend Bluebird Yoga highly enough.

Charley is a wonderful yoga teacher. The sessions are friendly and welcoming to everyone so I wouldn’t be intimidated if you’re new to it - all levels are catered for. I’ve tried out various classes, both online and in-person and love them all. It’s amazing how the online ones still manage to feel like a little moment of connection and people coming together despite the physical distance. The embodied approach Charley uses is lovely: you do what feels good for you and your body rather than trying to fit some stereotype of the perfect pose! Also I want to add that these classes are totally unpretentious and accessible, it’s not focussed on body image and doing a sweaty workout, but neither is it purely a lot of pseudo-spiritual-babble. Instead it’s movement, tuning into your body and being part of a little community too. Charley uses little bits of literature in the class with are a great addition, you can take it or leave it but I often find them good food for thought.
In short, I highly recommend these classes! 🧘🏽♀️👌🏽

It can take a while to find the yoga instructor that suits you and I felt I had found mine when I started taking classes with Charley. She is kind, nonjudgmental and supports you. Her combination of mouvement & creativity into our yoga practice has definitely helped me grow and I can now keep an open heart and mind even off the mat. I feel both connected and relaxed after each session. I highly recommend her classes to anyone.

Charley's yoga is a delight :-) It is my main self-care tool in the week, giving me space to slow down and tune into my body. Her soulful voice, thoughtful practice and the inspirational literature she brings make it special every session. Well worth it :-)

My friend recommended Bluebird Yoga and I’m very happy she did. Charlotte’s gentle leadership and mindful suggestions ensure I feel comfortable. Her thoughtful readings at the end of the sessions adds to the pleasure.
