The contemporary Pilates method is comprised of more than 600 unique exercises that are suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Pilates can be practiced on either the mat or apparatus. The mat repertoire can be practiced with magic circles, therabands, foam rollers and other small pieces of equipment while the apparatus include work with the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, ladder barrel and a few others. With Pilates, you will build functional fitness, condition your body and keep your mind aware. THE STUDIO CREW Pilates is excited to have a new home called The Studio, an inviting 75 square metre space located in the heart of Antibes, five-minutes walk from Port Vauban and all major yachting agencies. The Studio offers exclusive private, duo and group sessions tailored to client goals and injuries. All sessions are instructed in English and run for 55-minutes. There is ample space for mat and machine sessions, change room facilities and a kitchen stocked with a selection of teas, coffee and waters.
