Zen Yoga by Dynamic Mindfulness is a Zen based yoga school offering contemporary yoga classes, meditation workshops and teacher training programs to men and women of all ages and backgrounds.Class sizes are limited to 15 participants, ensuring individual attention in a distraction free setting.
Founded by Tatjana Mesar, who has spent more than two decades studying, practicing and teaching Zen yoga, Buddhism and mindfulness meditation across the globe.

In our two studios in Berlin Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain we offer different hot yoga classes: Hot Hatha Yoga , Hot Vinyasa Yoga and Hot Yoga -Pilates whether beginner or advanced, young or old, fat or thin - Sunyoga increases strength and flexibility, promotes weight loss and muscle building and helps reduce stress.

Pulse Pilates Studio
The Pulse Pilates studio is located in Kreuzberg 63 (see contact tab for map and details). This quiet and relaxing environment is spread over two rooms with plenty of space to move and breathe. GROUP PILATES CLASSES have a maximum number of 9 people. This ensures that each client gets enough help and attention so that they can workout in a safe and productive way. All group classes are mat work and taught in English. PRIVATE PILATES CLASSES give the client a workout designed just for them and their specific needs. Whether working through an old injury, recovering from a new one or simply wanting to feel fitter and healthier, a private class delivers amazing results. All private classes are mat with light equipment such as stability balls, arc barrels and resistance bands. Private classes can be taught in English, German or Russian (ask for details).

The Studio The studio is centrally located in the district Prenzlauer Berg, in Greifswalder StraÃŸe 14. It is only 300 meters from the HufelandstraÃŸe stop, which can be reached by the M4 line. From Alexanderplatz you need only 3 stations with the M4. What is Pilates? Pilates is a workout method for body and mind designed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen the weak and call the strong. Pilates (1880- 1967) was a German emigrant who left his mark for the first time during the First World War in England by developing a series of exercises and innovative devices that helped the prisoners of war return to strength and mobility. When Joseph Pilates moved to New York, a local professional dance group discovered that his condition techniques helped to prevent injuries and to promote performance, while maintaining a balanced muscle tone. This awakened a broad adherence to the exercise method. What is the STOTT-PILATESÂ® method? STOTT is a modern approach, inspired by the training method originally designed by Joseph Pilates. Together with a team of physiotherapists, sports medicine and fitness experts, the CO founders Moira and Lindsay G. Merrithew needed two decades to refine the STOTT PILATES METHOD, as well as the equipment. This led to the inclusion of modern principles of motion theory and spinal rehabilitation, which makes the method accessible as one of the safest and most effective. This clear and detailed approach forms the basis for the STOTT PILATES TRAINING and certification programs.
