An opportunity to become a member of Yours (Abonnement) is life changing. Being depressed not once and lockdowns took it's toll. It might sounds familiar to some, as it is one of current civilization problems. Studying intensely in isolation and having a physical and emotional job leads to burnout and stress and abyss of internets social media. Since the first day of joining yoga classes, breath came back with stretching and stress regulation followed. There came the calmness feeling- that there is a nice place available to visit and practice almost anytime, even everyday. Sounds like a foundation for practice and simply being. One can hear concentration and intention in teachers’ voice. Flows smoothly with time and breath. It is just the beginning, but the practice can be only in nowness, now.

One of my favourite studios here in Berlin in a beautiful, net and warm location in the heart of the city. Although I didn't take classes with all teachers yet respectively I find them all super professional and just awesome. All the yoga practices I enjoy a lot thanks to the great team of very professional yoga teacher. Thank you very much. Macht weiter so!
