Pilates Hamburg Alsterdorf Bettina Preuschoff

I've been training with Bettina in the studio for about 4 years now. Because of my back pain, I received the doctor's recommendation to do sports regularly. Bettina is a warm and very competent trainer. She keeps a close eye on all participants and responds individually to each individual during the training sessions, especially if exercises are to be done differently due to the individual physical condition. She manages to explain even complex exercises so well that you can easily implement them. Boredom never arises, because the hours are very varied. I received good support here during and after my two pregnancies and received training that was tailored to my needs. I feel in good hands here and since then I have a much healthier posture and a different and better body awareness. I can only warmly recommend training with Bettina.

Bettina is a sensitive and very experienced trainer. She loves her job and it shows.
