As some of you will have already noticed and some will soon discover the path of yoga is full of surprises. Originally feel stronger and healthier physically, but often if we exercise regularly our practice, the changes begin to occur at deeper levels.
Even if you get on the course tired and exhausted during practice everything changes. Having experienced the deep inner calm, having remember our true nature harmonious, after class we are more spacious, more emotionally tender and mentally more serene.
Very soon begin to incorporate the principles of yoga - such as non-violence, the observation of self, courtesy and gratitude - in our daily life. We begin to observe the reactions of the body and mind in everyday situations. We wake up and have more awareness. And while it can the unwanted things in life still come and go, the deal for us they are now different. In this way, also begin directly and indirectly to exercise a beneficial influence on the people around us.
