- We have lockers with kleidakia. There are showers with shower gel and shampoo. Please bring your own towel.
- We provide mattresses for lessons. Please covered with your towel. You can buy your own mat from our store.
- We suggest you bring something warm to wear during the relaxation yoga lesson .
- Please do not bring shoes and mobile phones in the room.
- For your security, refused entry to the room 10 minutes after the start of the course.
- In case the number of students exceeds the threshold, the priority subscribers .
- The subscriptions can be frozen for a minimum of two weeks. To apply the interruption, must inform the reception at least one week earlier . Students have the right to freeze their assistance to 2 times a year.
- The month starts the day you make a subscription (eg 13 May to 12 June.)
- The cocoon is not responsible for subjects which have lost for personal reasons or because of public holidays.
- Try to track the same course at least 2 times a week to avoid injuries and to see real results. 4 lessons per week, you will notice significant changes in body and mind.
