KINAESTHESIS Pilates Gyrotonic Yoga Studio

The KINAESTHESIS studio has been operating since 2007 and has earned the appreciation and trust of its customers thanks to the excellent quality of teaching, the positive energy and friendly attitude of its instructors and its relaxed atmosphere.

We are located on the border of Kato Chalandri with Neo Psychiko on 73 Apostolopoulou street. The space is wide, bright and clean, fully equipped with instruments from the companies Gratz, Balanced Body and Pilates Designs by Basil, as well as a variety of small instruments such as physioballs, Triadballs, therabands, magic circles, foam rollers, rotator disks so that each Pilates program adapts each time to the needs of each trainee but also gets more interesting.

Pilates courses are done individually or in groups of four people, and programs are also used for the layers and organs. The cost of group lessons is 150 euros per month and covers 8 lessons. The Gyrotonic classes are exclusively individual and are held at the Pulley Tower and the Leg extension. All lessons last for 55 minutes. In addition, Pilates Mat courses are organized in groups of up to 7 people. Their cost is € 80 per month and covers 8 lessons.
