The space nanda yoga is made with much love and interest for a correct practice, which will provide the practitioner all the benefits of yoga. The portions are small groups, up to seven students. Our goal is to have a personal relationship with all students. The yoga is to heal our everyday problems, both physical, and mental, and it can epitefthchei when the teacher has the opportunity and the time to discuss with all the students. Also our goal is to know the students together and to achieve a friendly environment for everyone. At the end of the course there is always time to resolve questions and discussion on the practice of yoga. In an era of fast paced we all have a need for peace of mind , clarity of mind and physical well-being . Yoga is an ancient practice that uses the body and breathing to lead to peace and to the reunion of the soul with its true nature .
