We believe that the difficulties in life are opportunities to become better people! The Yoga House is a club that is for members and friends of a peaceful island in the turbulent city of Athens. Our aim is to develop the philosophy of yoga and apply it in practice. We created a space where you can relax the tension that builds up from the hectic pace of everyday life and get closer to your inner harmony and peace in body and mind.

Εμείς θεωρούμε ότι οι δυσκολίες στη ζωή είναι ευκαιρίες για να γίνουμε καλύτεροι άνθρωποι! Το Yoga House είναι ένας σύλλογος που αποτελεί για τα μέλη και τους φίλους του μια νησίδα γαλήνης στην πολυτάραχη πόλη της Αθήνας. Ο σκοπός μας είναι να αναπτύξουμε την φιλοσοφία της Γιόγκα και να την εφαρμόσουμε στην πράξη. Δημιουργήσαμε ένα χώρο όπου μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε την ένταση που συσσωρεύεται από τους έντονους ρυθμούς της καθημερινότητας και να πλησιάσετε την εσωτερική σας αρμονία και γαλήνη σε σώμα και νου. Ο Γαλιλαίος είπε κάποτε: «Τίποτα δεν μπορούμε να διδάξουμε στους ανθρώπους, μπορούμε μόνο να τους βοηθήσουμε να το ανακαλύψουν μέσα τους». Αυτή είναι και η δική μας πρόθεση μας, να σας βοηθήσουμε να ανακαλύψετε αποτελεσματικές μεθόδους που προάγουν την σωματική ευεξία, την ηρεμία του νου και κυρίως την εξέλιξη στο μονοπάτι της αυτογνωσίας.
