Smita Soni, is the founder of Smita’s Yogamantra. She is a qualified Yoga trainer. She is a passionate Yoga follower from a very young age, who is ever willing to help others to try to overcome ailments by practicing Yoga. She did her Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy from Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar , and graduation (B.Sc. Zoology) from Saurashtra University.
She has never looked back since then. The journey of the past 18 years has been full of excitement and joy. In these 18 years, Smita has been not only practicing Yoga to sharpen her skills but also extending training to individuals and corporates.
She uniquely customizes and tailors the individual expectations into the structure of the fitness program so that each participant gets what best suits the requirement.
