This is a wonderful place to practice yoga. The instructor Yogi Krishna teaches with utmost perfection. Some personalized yoga are also suggested for weight loss, stress,etc. I have lost my 4 kg fat in just 22 days under yoga club training.I wish more could get benefit from this.

I have been practicing yoga for more than 1 month now. Before joining yoga, I have been ardent gym boy. I developed lower back pain in gym and afterwards had to take physiotherapist sessions. Then decided to start yoga. Since then it's been nice 1 months journey and my lower body became more stronger than it was before. I even became more flexible.
