The Yoga Space

I started group sessions with Shilpa during the pandemic. It helped me combat a lot of stress during those times. I relocated abroad a year ago and I have been doing one on one classes with Shilpa. I have never been regular with any form of fitness before. Being a long haul Commercial Pilot, I used to get a lot of back ache after flights. Thanks to Shilpa, I have no back ache now even on the longest work days in the cockpit! My strength has improved considerably and I am thoroughly enjoying every session with her. Shilpa understands my body's limits and doesn't push me too much at a time! It's the right balance always . Its refreshing mentally and physically after every single session! I would definitely recommend The Yoga Space to everyone out there!

I have been taking classes with Shakti Shilpa since the start of the pandemic as her remote lessons are available to me ( being on a different time zone) and I absolutely enjoy each and every class ( it is perhaps the best thing that happened to me in this pandemic as all the yoga studios shut and none of their online classes were appealing to me) She is hands down one of the best yoga instructors I have practiced with. I have been to many classes with different instructors who focus on a series of quick continuous repetitive movements without really emphasizing on the asanas and the stretches, and ultimately those movements become muscle memory without adding any value. Shilpa’s classes are truly about the actual flow, understanding your movements and getting the maximum benefit from the poses. Another aspect that I enjoy is that each class is different and you are never doing the same series everyday which adds to the challenge and the excitement of the class. I wish I can continue learning with Shilpa and improving my yoga . Thanks for being an amazing teacher !
