Certified Yoga Teacher from Sivananda’s Yoga Ashram Reshikesh- Himalayas, Also Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200 USA). I have also done three year diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga from Gandhi National Academy of Naturopathy, New Delhi. I am practicing and teaching Yoga over the period of past 9 years. After imbibing various aasana and pranayams I started teaching yoga as freelance instructor in Gurgaon. In Feb 2015, I was invited by Gems of Yoga Dubai (UAE), a leading yoga centre in Dubai as senior Yoga Instructor. I successfully conducted various yoga therapy sessions, stress management sessions for general public as well corporate houses in Dubai. Now I am giving my Yoga services in Mumbai.
