Jayaprakash is an experienced yoga and general wellness instructor who treats all his students as individuals with differing needs and abilities. He has tremendous empathy and is able to gauge peoples moods and how they are reacting to his instructions even during online classes. Sometimes, yoga classes can start to feel routine and students may not feel motivated. Jayaprakash ensures that the various poses and breathing techniques are varied and changing so that the classes remain interesting and challenging. Overall, I recommend JP International Wellness Academy as they helped me improve flexibility and maintain a feeling of calm throughout the day

Hi I am Rajni mother of 6years old. I would like to share my experience here about my journey with my health and yoga.. first of all I want to thank JP sir for transforming our life’s in a manner which we can’t imagine.. I had a pain in my spine since my delivery and spinal headache too, where in I couldn’t stand for more time I was not able to cook food standing in the kitchen the same time I diagnosed with Covid twice in a year.. I had lost my complete health with few deficiency’s I have started taking treatment and some vitamins… they worked 30% thankfully I was ok.. but still I couldn’t be positive and enthusiastic I gained weight with lots of hairfall… then again treatment… I am fed up now.. then I have decided to something which I was looking for a long time that’s YOGA yes many people think to do exercise but for us like we housewife’s never do or concentrate on health… and procrastinate saying Aaj kal Aaj kal… now I have strongly decided ki will do it!! and let me tell you in one month i feel stronger, healthy and I have started standing for hours and spinal pain reduced , ,I am having good sleep..waking up early, eating healthy.. my life is completely changed now I have become a health and yoga enthusiast.. and I want to continue my journey in this way.thank you once again for taking time in whatever situation u are in and making us bend and move keep us moving like this… Thank you sir.. :)☺️
