Devika mam and her yoga Sessions are highly recommended. I have started my sessions just 2 weeks ago and I can already feel myself so much more better and lighter and fitter. She focuses on every part of your body and all her exercises are very effective. I have joined primarily for weight loss and there’s a wrong perception that yoga is effective only for fitness and not necessarily for weight loss. Trust me, this is way better than any gym or other forms of work outs. This rejuvenates your body and also helps in weight loss effectively. The yoga sessions that mam plans are created in a way to address all problems from weight to joint pains to every ailment one may have. Hai I am Neerja and I started the online yoga session with Devika.It has been just about a month but I can see the benefits already. I used to have a nagging pain always just below my neck and in the shoulders. Devika insists on the correct posture and also her yoga asanas have helped me a great deal .I feel very happy and energetic after the session. Also she is an excellent Guru and makes yoga seem so simple and fun.I look forward to her session everyday and her no two sessions are the same. Enjoy and love every bit of the work outs.
