The resort is founded and funded by him with the primary motive of extending financial support to Indo American Hospital, Brain and Spine Centre and also to the various community development projects initiated by him for the socioeconomic health development of his people in the village, utilizing the profit generated from the resort.
Indo American Hospital, Brain and Spine Centre is a superspeciality hospital dedicated to neuroscience. This hospital is also founded and funded by Dr. K. Bahuleyan under the auspices of Bahuleyan Charitable Foundation established by him for philanthropic purposes.
