We conduct short term and long term courses in these subjects forn and international students. Various special courses are designed to cater the needs of foreign students. Manthra in Sanskrit is a combination of various Alphabets - ‘Aksharas’. The sacred utterance of Sanskrit manthras provide the reciter with the power to attain his goals and lift him to the higher level of consciousness.
This course intents to study various aspects and types of yoga. A solid foundation in ‘Ashtangayoga’ of Pathanjali incorporated with ancient and modern approach of Yoga practice and therapy is imparted. The learner will be enabled to practise and teach yoga and introduce yoga as a therapy for various ailments. Yoga philosophy, Yoga as the life science, ‘Ashtanga Yoga’ (eight limps) of Pathanjali, the ‘Panchkoshavikasa’ (Five fold development), various body systems and functions, the Chakras, the Pranas, Asanas, Pranayamas, Bandhas, Kriyas, Yoganidra and Meditation are taught in detail.
