When I joined Moksa, Suregshi mam (Founder), was the one with whom I first interacted and she was very friendly. She made me realize in the first 3 months of my joining that consistent workout without diet can help us reduce weight, body fat and stay fit. She is someone from whom I have learned that consistency in physical workout is the essential element and now I am glad that I have become more consistent than before in my workouts now. If you want to lose weight, stay fit and feel confident about the way you look, don't give a second thought, Moksa Yoga is your go-to place.

A month ago I started exercising with Moksha s online transformation class.. The workouts are super awesome and our trainer Mrs. Suregshi is awe-inspiring. She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. I also want to note that Mrs. Suregshi is a fabulous trainer, just the right combination of push and encouragement.
I have done workouts in three fitness centres so far.. never experienced such interesting workouts that we are doing here. The workouts are never repeated.. Every day the workouts keep changing and its excellent..
Moksha is unique and happy to be a part of it...
I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness to work with Mrs. Suregshi.

My weight after the second baby was 70kg.I had a lot of problems in my body like cyst problem and irregular periods.I was very depressed. I could not wear my clothes as I wanted.I tried to exercise by watching youtube at home thinking that fitness center would ask for more money but no change 😒😒One day I saw moksa fitness center..I went closer and asked for details ... very curious and surprised ..Because I joined them sooner rather than later because of their monthly fees and the training they give me so much...In 40 days my weight has At least from 72 to 64 kg ... and not only that I feel very healthy and happy .... family is the only thing that keeps running for today's women..Only if there is a wall can the picture be drawn ... There is nothing wrong with spending a little time and a small amount of money for ourselves.
