I am gym lover, been doing since 7years. Wanted to learn something new and different. Then my friend introduced me into this yoga centre, that's it . Now I love yoga so much but it will take time to become expert, bcoz my body is very tight like a stone, Mr Karthik helping me out in flexibility . He is professional, kind and friendly guy. One should must visit this place. A very humble abode to find inner peace. Good food, good vibes and last but not the least kind hearted friendly people. Experienced staff who knows their job. Mine for sure was a fabulous experience as I did get the mental peace that I was looking for. I strongly encourage everyone, singles, couples and families to once in their life must take out sometime and stay in this very relaxing place and experience a wonderful yogic culture which brings utter peace to your individuality.. Nirvana Yoga Shala! Let's start from the beginning, I came here completely fresh into yoga just with one goal - to become flexible and my oh my, I got a lot more than just that! Everything that has happened has changed my entire perception of LIFE. Instead of my body being flexible I'm finding out how flexible my mind can be too! New ideas, new thought Patterns, new way of living and finding peace, the universal truths and so much more. I am not only getting to work on my physical strength but I see how Shashi Sir has challenged me in my mental and emotional aspects of life, helping me let go and think of things in a way I never saw before!!! Nirvana Yoga shala is one of the best Yoga shala in Mysore. I have learnt yoga from different teachers earlier but none had thought me this well. I have been practicing here from past 3 years and also did my Ashtanga TTC at Nirvana Yoga Shala. Shashi sir and Karthik sir are the best teachers you'll ever find. I'm proud and grateful to be their student. EVERY staff at Nirvana Yoga shala are friendly and very helpful. If you're here for Teacher's training course, they make sure the place is as comfortable as your own house followed with healthy diet and the experience is going to be AMAZING. So don't even think twice before joining Nirvana Yoga Shala.

Blend of traditional Yoga techniques, meditation and pranayama. Given the current scenario of work from home, I had stayed with Nirvana Yoga for close to 15 days for practising yoga. It was a life changing experience. Never before I had felt so strong and positive in life. We had a serious routine which had blend of all the yogic techniques. 1) hatha/ ashtanga yoga at 6 am - you can join any class basis your strength 2) pranayama - 45 minutes of learning about right breathing/ techniques of breathing and benefits. Extremely useful in the times of corona and for mind’s soulfulness 3) meditation - we had evening meditation classes where we tried different type of meditation, third eye, Tibetan singing bowl, dance meditation. It opened up a new world of possibilities for us. I feel meditation is a way to reflect on self and we got to learn much more about this century old techniques. They also have back bending class which is more for advanced level folks. The food was healthy, diverse and hygienic. We didn’t expect such quality food but it was way above expectations. Room quality - each room has a balcony for circulation of air and is clean and well maintained. We stayed in Osho glimpse which is newly constructed. Sashi sir is extremely knowledgeable and is keen on sharing the same with folks. The staff is professional, super helpful and supportive. If you are planning to take up Yoga seriously and as a way of life, I will surely recommend you to learn from Nirvana Yoga Shala
