Shala (शाला).
The translation in English is House. In Yogic world we name it as Practice Hall. Shala is not merely a practice hall or a place where we can sit quiet. For us it is not less than any temple.
For us it is not less than Himalayas. It seems that we practice here but the underlying changes that are happening in us somewhere at deep level, happens here in Shala.
Not only, we do Asana practice or Pranayama or Internal Yoga, but also we Vibrate in here at different Frequency.
This is the Heart or Praguna Yoga Shala, where we try to touch Heart of the Practitioners.
In Praguna Yoga Shala, we provide you the knowledge of Traditional Hatha Yoga, and at the same time, you get to experience the Ashram Lifestyle. Following the code of conduct, eating Sattvik food conductive to Yogic Sadhna and staying in Solitude away from Hustle and Bustle of city.
Below is the overview of practices that are taught in the Ashram.
