Anant Yogshala

I am doing online yoga classes with Shivani since last 6 months now. She is very supportive and pushes you hard. Always smiling and paying attention to each and every student. Very flexible and caring. They also take care if you have back pain or any such pains, and mould exercise routine accordingly.

I joined online yoga classes in May 2021 with Durgeshji and Amitji. Both trainers are very experienced, professional and patient as they teach in their own style. I enjoy the classes and am very pleased with the progress I have made and looking forward to learn more. I have been so much more flexible which helps me in my day to day life. I feel more energetic and happy. Thank you 😊

This is the first time in my life that I enrolled for Yoga classes. I have never liked this form of exercise so much thinking that there is no weight lifting like in the gym, then how would someone get in proper shape by just doing some bends and moves. I recently joined the Anant Yogashala with Ms. Durgesh and it was like an eye opener. In a month, the body rigidity has reduced and I feel flexible. My back pain has almost gone and my exercise stamina has increased. All thanks to Ms. Durgesh who is very punctual and committed to all the people enrolling for the yoga sessions with her. I am really enjoying the yoga sessions with Anant Yogashala and want to really thank them for teaching us Yoga in such a great manner. Wishing you all the very best.

I love my weekly online sessions taught by professionals, who take care to teach to the needs of the individual participant. All the instructors are great, and in particular, a huge shout-out to Durgesh. It is evidenced in her teaching style and how she genuinely cares about each of her students! Keep up the great work. Great place for yoga. Overall, a fantastic experience - every time. Highly recommended.

I have been practicing yoga only since a year and a half. And ever since I joined Anant yogashala I have immensely improved and have been able to get closer to my dream goals, which I thought would take years to achieve. The trainer is very inspiring and gives individual attention to each and everyone and encourages everyone to push themselves every single day. Joining for classes here is one of the best decisions I've made. I would recommend everyone, may you be a complete beginner or even a 50 year old, to join here without thinking twice. :)
