Classes in Contemporary and Modern Dance with a base of Ballet, as well as structured exercise sessions are offered here. They are designed to help the student develop Grace, Strength, Flexibility and Coordination of the body. Furthermore, to support and foster a sense of integral well-being and equilibrium, Yoga classes are conducted in the Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga styles. These will be taught by a teacher with a Yoga Alliance RYS 300 certification who has had the privilege of practising under various yoga teachers in the BKS Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga styles.
