One of the best yoga teaching I have come across. A very good way of teaching with thorough explanation. They are equipped with all the necessary facilities and equipments. I am attending online class since last year . Rajendran Sir is amazing , excellent teacher , even though it is online class, he teaches all Asanas , pranayam & breathing techniques step by step in detail. Am so happy with my progress in one year and was super excited when I could do head stand on my own as per his instructions. I love yoga !! All credit of my passion goes to Rajendran sir !! I got to know about this institute in 2018 and I immediately joined here as I was looking for a yoga class and the experience here was simply simply amazing! Rajen Sir and Ambika Ma'am are way too good to put in words. I was always a yoga fan, but under their supervision, I learnt the importance of yoga!!
