At Biorhythm, our mission is to bring a balance in your biorhythmic cycles, enhancing health and helping you to empathize with your body better. We at Biorhythm focus on services that help you heal without any surgeries and help you lead a happier life. Biorhythm began its journey in 2008 under the brilliant guidance of founder, Nital Raval. After getting high demands for quality exercise regimens and Yoga Programs, Biorhythm started spreading its wings. With this goal, she established her studio in the well-known residential areas of Pune - Pimpale Saudagar, Baner, and Aundh. The Aundh studio is fully equipped and India’s first of its kind Aerial Yoga training institute. What started with corporate yoga programs and personalized yoga instruction with only one instructor, Nital Raval herself, soon transformed into a renowned studio and institute. In just 2 years, she realized that there is more scope for improving and enhancing the local community’s health condition. Today Biorhythm has healed so many people with the boon of Aerial Yoga. At our core, is the ardent philosophy of rejuvenation and freedom from fear. This is the rhythm that life needs to balance itself in a healthy way. Today, we are committed to bring this healthy balance for the minds and body of our community. We began with a small team of 5 instructors qualified in teaching a unique combination of Iyengar and Patanjali Yoga, to become the best there is in the field today! Soon, our work was loved and appreciated at the Aundh studio well-equipped with large enough space to provide customers with a wide range of fitness techniques apart from yoga which would help people discover their true potential hidden within. This studio eventually has become the hub of various fitness techniques introduced by Nital herself, including one of the major activities conducted as of today at the studio, Aerial Yoga. Today, Biorhythm is the only qualified all India training institute for Aerial Yoga teachers and qualifications, as well as a yoga training certification institute. The Biorhythm family is a team of 80 trainers all over India who have completed Aerial Yoga Fitness teachers training and are making India healthy and fit.
