This hotel may look close to the port, but it is about a half hour drive down a very dangerous narrow bumpy dirt road. Pretty much need an 4 wheel drive car to get there. Would not recommend for anyone driving themselves or on a scooter. There is very steep road and there is a lot of steps to get the rooms. Not good for elderly or kids.
Overall the hotel and restaurant is very over rated and over priced. Rooms are decent but pillows are really hard and uncomfortable. Very slow check in process. Staff was not helpful arranging a transfer or rental car and have hard time taking simple breakfast order. Views are nice but there is no beach access or anything nearby so you are pretty much stuck there. Biggest drawback is the location and access to the hotel is long, treacherous, and exhausting. We were also given a large bill upon checking out and staff couldn't explain what it was for and would not provide an itemized receipt. I would not recommend to anyone, and suggest it is better to stay on North side of island with easy access close to beach and more restaurants.

The Adiwana Hotel on Nusa Penida is a beautiful and modern hotel on the sea coast. The ocean view was stunning and the room was kept clean. The staff was always friendly and the included breakfast looked very tasty.
Unfortunately, I can't give all praise. Compared to other hotels in Nusa Penida, the Adiwana Hotel was quite expensive at over 100 euros per night (including breakfast). For this, one hoped for a lot of performance, which was not given.
The staff did not agree among themselves:
We requested a shuttle to the port the night before departure; the next day the staff knew nothing about it.
In addition, the road to the hotel was so bumpy and narrow that the Taxi- driver subsequently charged double the agreed price. This hotel is very remote in addition also not easy to reach and if you want to see something else of the island than the hotel itself, you are dependent on a vehicle. Scooters could be rented from the hotel, but even these rental prices were horrendous and the scooters in poor condition (no light in the dark, tank empty). In my opinion, the hotel has made additional profit by its remoteness through the rental of the scooters (on which one was dependent, however, to get away from the hotel).
The placemats were not washed, these looked not only dingy, but also stank terribly. Some of the food that you wanted to order was no longer available and the portions were relatively small. For another portion you had to pay extra although breakfast was included in the price.
We spent 4 nights in this hotel and never once received fresh towels. Also the hygiene items were not replenished. At least we received fresh water every day.

It’s an amazing place with great ocean view. Overall great stay, food and lovely service. There small things here and there such as giving new bath towels and robes, refilling bathroom essentials regularly, if we’re taken care of then this stay would have been the top class

I came this great place today. I had fantastic breakfast with the view, plus swimming pool. Also I checked there are many spa procedures for reasonable price. The most impressive was the service. Guys there were so attentive, polite, professional. Extra thanks to the manager Alit. I will definitely return back soon for more experience. Thank you Adiwana Warnakali❤️

No in room TV but the ocean view is amazing. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is not buffet style. No bacon & egg. The only thing that I don't like is the narrow and steep road to reach it, not recommended for family with little children. Drone is recommended to get aerial pictures.
