A yoga practitioner in the past 15 years and a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. Student of Efrat Michelson. She is a member of the Iyengar Yoga Association and the Israel Yoga Teachers Association. She is a Phd student in the Department of Religious Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is a researcher of Iyengar Yoga and Women under the supervision of Prof. Yohanan Grinshpon and Prof. Ronit Richie. She studied Sanskrit and Tamil in BA and MA degrees at the Hebrew University and Heidelberg University. She is a graduate of the Open University in cooperation with Meirav College for complementary medicine in the clinical clinical track (herbalist, aromatherapy, Bach flowers and nutrition). A member of the Sanya Center for in-depth studies ofn culture. In the class we will practice according to the knowledge and spirit of Iyengar Yoga tradition. The practice emphasizes accuracy when performing positions, while referring to the alignment and relaxation. The classes will include inverse positions and once a month the practice of restorative and reconstructive breathing exercise
