I felt amazing as soon as 5 minutes in and did some stretches i haven’t I’m a while so it was very inventive and different than other yoga classes I’ve been to. It was challenging but not difficult super pleasant 🙏🏽 highly recommend

After months spent practicing online I wanted to do it outdoors and looking for a bit I found Federico with whom I immediately got on very well. He is an accurate and attentive teacher, he guides the practice clearly and follows everyone with great care and delicacy. He is also nice and the place chosen for the lessons at Villa Pamphili is magical and in case of rain we were still able to have lessons in his studio in Trastevere. A real fortune to have met him.

I met B1yoga in an outdoor class at Villa Pamphili and I liked her kind and prepared approach to yoga. Even his communication on FB and IG is well-finished: a pleasant yoga pill to follow. Unfortunately the pandemic prevented us from continuing live, but via Zoom we continued the journey; each lesson has a different focus, Federico is always open to suggestions from us, to deepen some aspects of the practice.
Can't wait to get back to ′′ yoga ′′ in presence!
