If you already love pilates, you will be able to make a real leap in quality; if you have never approached it, you will discover the professionalism and competence of Viola and Sara who know how to make any movement possible and know how to stimulate any muscle. Plus, their friendliness and positivity make even the hardest training session enjoyable. For me they are the best! Sabrina

A studio-boutique in Monteverde, with attention to the smallest details by the splendid Viola and Sara (with the precious support of Fabiana). Thanks to them I discovered the "real" Pilates, in the matwork and reformer versions, far from the one practiced in mass lessons in gyms! Come on girls, keep it up!!
