In the Fisio&Fit Parioli center I always feel welcomed, where the owner Lucia Sarlo, in addition to being a great professional, also knows how to make you feel at home. The center offers the availability of physiotherapy sessions, pilates with machines, Pilates Matwork, Pilates Barre and also the possibility of being followed by the excellent nutritionist Sissi. I specifically do pilates and I saw my body change after just the first few lessons. It is work on the body that lengthens, tones and removes centimeters. The teachers are very valid: Florinda is sweetness but at the same time strength, she takes care of every single part of the body... every lesson is a new discovery, never the same thing twice, you never get bored. Sara is tenacity, with her it's a constant challenge... never give up... she made me become dedicated and constant and made me understand that there are no limits. Mariangela is calm but firmly knows how to teach and give super lessons. Not to mention the very honest prices... in fact we customers are followed one by one, as if they were always individual lessons (not taking into account the individual ones, generally there are two of us maximum 3/4). I involved friends and even my mother and they were all very satisfied! In short, I can't do without Pilates!!! Thanks to all of you.

Lucia Sarlo is a capable professional, attentive and passionate about her work. The results of two rehabilitations were excellent, one post-traumatic and the other post-surgical. Lucia persuaded me, rightly, to maintain the good results of rehabilitation with individual Pilates training, with excellent results. The collaborators who coach are also excellent.
