Loft Studio Cerere

I have visited the Loft Studio during my stay in Rome for a two private sessions with Federica. I am a BASI teacher based in Ireland and I wanted to be spotted by another experienced BASI teacher. Federica's tactile cueing is so subtle yet very effective, you can dive deep into each movement to find deeper connection. Teachers need teachers and Federica is amazing teacher. Federica misses nothing and she is watching you like a hawk from each angle and each direction. She is super precise in her cueing and directions. I loved both sessions and I only wished I had time for more. I would very highly recommend Federica and her beautiful studio.

I was lucky enough to find this magnificent place!!! if you are looking for professionalism and a place where your mind completely unplugs to recharge later...well you have to go and attend one of the many lessons. all the instructors are highly qualified and follow you step by step! I have to say a huge thank you to this place... because here I found a balance of mind and body!

I have been attending the Loft Studio Cerere for several years, 6 precisely, and never in my life had I practiced physical activity for so long, with such consistency and, above all, so much enthusiasm. The location, in the old Cerere pasta factory, is already fantastic, but what really makes the difference is the professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of the teachers: all very good indeed. Since I've been practicing Pilates at the loft I no longer have back pain, unfortunately I haven't achieved equally flattering results in terms of losing weight, but perhaps this could depend on the fact that once you leave the loft, stopping for an aperitif in San Lorenzo is just a moment? !?

The Studio is one of my favorite places. The teachers - very good - succeeded where many others had failed: to make me start playing sports consistently again. I became passionate about both pilates and yoga 🧘‍♀️. A special thank you to Fede, Walter, Milka and Costanza for their splendid lessons and for always knowing how to create an atmosphere of serenity. It's a pleasure to give lessons even when they challenge you to do things that seem impossible...😍😊super recommended 😋

5 stars are too few for a place like this. Beautiful location, professionalism of the highest level, extreme kindness Federica, Walter and all the others are really everything you could want from a teacher, competent, rigorous, attentive and so friendly that they immediately manage to put you at ease and make you feel part of the group. Loft studio Cerere is a place where body and mind find a perfect balance, a place you can no longer give up.
