I have been practicing yoga for years and have changed locations and teachers several times. With yoga I have gone through the various phases of life and I can say that it has helped me overcome difficult moments and increasingly find my center. But I was looking for something that would make me get more in touch with myself. Here I found serious, prepared and available teachers who, in a welcoming, bright and spacious environment, know how to transmit positive energy and harmony, increasingly filling my personal path.

Professionals capable of giving the best for every discipline. I was very skeptical at first. I am attending Yoga and often look forward to going as I actually feel better in the end. A great experience at a popular cost!

The Mandala Soriano Normodynamics school is a special place: the teachers/guides are expert and passionate, you immediately have the feeling of being in excellent hands. The psychophysical work is of a high level and suitable for everyone. For those who have not yet tried the treatments I highly recommend them, even in that case the body and mind will benefit greatly: you can feel the expert hands of the operators, in particular I was lucky enough to be treated by Valentina who with her techniques, Ayurvedic and Fascial, brings back to the world. Finally, the physical place: attached to the Re di Roma metro station A, warm, welcoming, regenerating and very clean. An atmosphere that reconciles. Highly recommended for anyone who intends to be supported by professionalism and experience.

I have been attending this Yoga school for years now and I must say that it is improving my way of living life, which doesn't always have nice surprises in store for you. I always faced delicate and difficult situations with great effort, discouragement and anxiety, but today, thanks to the practice of Yoga and Meditation in this school, I am able to find "the possibilities" to experience what is complicated as an opportunity! Of course it doesn't mean the absence of suffering... on the contrary... but I believe that making space inside allows us to let the LIGHT pass through us so as not to remain in the dark!
