Booked and paid for trial lesson. Initially it made a good impression on me. Due to an impediment I was unable to attend the lesson; I tried to contact them in the morning and no one ever answered the phone. Subsequently they informed me that I could not recover the trial lesson because although the trial had to be canceled 24 hours before. Incredible! Doors in the face of potential customers.

The Pilates studio in Via Collina, which is located inside a very beautiful period building, immediately fascinated me. The professionalism of the teacher Gioia and her collaborators, the number of participants per lesson which never exceeds 8 people, are essential elements to be followed to the maximum during the lessons. The studio also uses rooms with machinery, in addition to the Matwork room. The hours are really very convenient. The studio is welcoming, elegant, but at the same time informal.
