Mikyung Shin Miykung’s knowledge on anatomy, postural correction, and Active-Isolated-Stretching are very useful when it comes to understanding the characteristics of one’s body. She also incorporates functional movement and postural alignment into her teachings. Being a lifelong learner, she deepens her practice with Master Ji-yeon and Master Vinay Kumar with trainings in Korea and India. Master Ji-yeon was Mikyung’s first yoga teacher who teaches Hatha Yoga by melting meditation into her practices. Ji-yeon’s dedication toward the students and persistence have inspired Mikyung’s yoga journey. Yin Yin Yin Yin discovered yoga 9 years back. The initial idea was merely for health reasons as yoga appealed to her as a form of exercise and helped her to overcome her migraine. After few years of practise, yoga transformed her. What started as an alternative exercise quickly became a passion and joy. She completed her yoga teacher training course and started teaching 4 years back. Nicole An experienced certified yoga teacher who driven by her passion to nurture and assist anyone in their yoga practice in all levels. ​ Lee Lee Lee Lee is a physiotherapist who graduated from Curtin University with a Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She has worked in Singapore for 9 years before returning to Malaysia in 2019. During her practice, Lee Lee has treated a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain. ​Private Prenatal Yoga (for all levels) Come breathe, flow and stretch in our prenatal yoga classes. Build up a sweat as you strengthen your body. Enjoy a stretch as you create space and find release. Find some relaxation through meditation and breathing. Pregnant women in all stages of pregnancy are welcomed. No previous yoga experience is required. ​ Each prenatal yoga class is 60 minutes long and is open to any mama at the stage of more than 13 weeks pregnancy. No pre-yoga experience is required.
