This meditation changed my life. At first, I chose this place because I could come to the centre as many times and meditate as short or long as I want with a guide who is always there giving their 100% attention all the time. And they are open everyday! Now, I continue to meditate and it has been almost a year since I started. The method is so simple and it works. I was feeling depressed before, but through the meditation I feel like the weight of a mountain has been lifted off my shoulders. I have a better outlook in life, my mind is clear and I can focus better and my relationships with family and friends have improved. I feel so grateful and I highly recommend this meditation!

The centre provides guided meditation around the clock. Sometimes, the sessions are grouped but mostly one on one. The instructors gave private consultantions geared towards my concerns. They were professional but also made me feel at ease. I have completed the whole process of the meditation and achieved human completion. It is real world, great liberation, freedom, joy, happiness and eternal life. I m very grateful to the subtraction method and really encourage people to check this centre out.
