Located in the heart of Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, we aim to create a home away from home, for our #nafasyogakl community. Team Nafas Members Suhana Ishak, Co-Founder. Suhana’s classes are all about creating body and mind awareness through movement and breath. Her creative flow sequences will help prep you for the peak pose for the day, while her carefully curated music playlist will set the mood. Expect positive and encouraging vibes with hands on and verbal adjustments. Her motto is to “always listen to your body. Zafirah Azizan, Co-Founder. Zafie’s flow classes are a combination of creative sequencing (she loves backbends!), posture alignment, and breath in movement; all fused together with a funky, modern playlist! Expect to hear tunes from Ellie Goulding, Coldplay and Dua Lipa, to name a few :) She is inspired to share her knowledge and love of yoga with others, and to encourage them to live more mindfully, by cultivating body, mind and soul with yoga.
