ABOUT ME Gina Mak, founder of Yogina Studio. She is a health-conscious lady and has been practicing yoga since 2006. In Year 2012, Gina completed International Yoga Instructor Course (IYIC) , a course approved by Minister of Education. She began her yoga teaching career in year 2013. She like to share her love and benefits of yoga with others, while continuing to explore, upgrade and deepen her study by attending various yoga classes and workshops. She has also successfully completed Kids Yoga Instructor Course and Pregnancy Yoga Instructor Course in year 2015 & 2016. Gina teaches with passion and emphasis on helping students to find themselves in the truth practice, adapting techniques to individual body, mind and soul. Her systematic teaching approach has been accepted and acknowledge by many students. Beginner/ Intermediate Yoga - Conducted with mind-body awareness. - The session start with a thorough warm up to the joint and activates blood circulation to entire body, then progresses to yoga postures (asanas) for specific health benefits. - Completed with a guided deep relaxation session. - Its objectives are for better breathing, general improvement of health and to de-stress. Flow Yoga - A dynamic and more expressive form of practising yoga asanas by flowing from posture to posture in a sequence. - The objectives are building stamina, endurance, agility and flexibility. - This class leaves everyone feeling invigorated and satisfied. **Every students are encouraged to work according to their own capacity and comfort zone.
