ABOUT US Yu Plus Studio was founded by Ms. Shemon Choo, with great passion to broaden the knowledge and benefits of practicing Yoga. Therefore our studio has lined up various types of yoga classes with certified and experience instructors that lead by our very own founder herself. She possesses great experience in teaching yoga, especially in Aerial Yoga. She works with students to explore posture, mentality, flexibility from a non-dogmatic perspective, using the ultimate organizing principle of simply doing what works.
