YOGA SHALA offers you a bracket with yourself, on a mat, between two appointments or at the end of work, as if to break your frantic routine of active man or woman or mom. YOGA SHALA proposes to take the time: the time to ask, to refocus on your priorities, to breathe, to escape, to better find you. YOGA SHALA is a place of encounter, sharing and openness where yoginis can exchange, forge ties and live beautiful adventures, with an open heart and a serene spirit. Our ambition is to create a cocoon of well-being where every person, member or just passing, finds peace: a concentrate of good humor, benevolence and honesty of feelings. Originally from, Yoga is based on the union of three elements: body, mind and spirit. The majority of courses offered at YOGA SHALA are Vinyasa Yoga classes. In Sanskrit, the term Vinyasa means synchronization of movement and breathing. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga where rhythmic breathing postures are linked in a tonic and fluid way. Throughout the session, attention is focused on breath, postural alignment and self-awareness.
