CS Yoga is a practice for Body-Oriented Assistance and Yoga Therapy.
In my way of working I combine my experience in care with that of Yoga, Somatics, exercise and meditation. This is always tailor-made in which the relationship between body, mind, emotions and thinking is central. This means that I move more with one person and that with another the approach is more from breathing or conversations. The emphasis is on feeling your body, a good posture and a positive "state-of-mind". You will receive clear, personal and positive instructions focused on your possibilities and challenges.
