Originally referred to as ‘the art of control’, it emphasises precise, concentrated and flowing body movements all designed to improve toning and flexibility – but not to add bulk. Dynamic Pilates is one of New Zealand’s largest equipped pilates studios. We are also a pilates teacher training studio. About Dynamic Pilates Based in the heart of Wellington CBD, Dynamic Pilates is led by Chantal Mitchell, a fully accredited Master of pilates with 19 years’ classical pilates instruction experience. At Dynamic Pilates, we practice classical pilates. Movements are fluid and at a pace, giving you a real workout as you transition from movement to movement. The benefits of pilates are: strengthening, lengthening, toning, flexibility, posture and balance, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and post natal recovery. Chantal Chantal is the Owner of Dynamic Pilates. She is a Senior Master Classical Pilates trainer and has been practicing and teaching Pilates for over 19 years. Although Chantal has been practicing and teaching Pilates for a number of years, her passion for it only grows stronger by the day. Pilates is not just a part of her life; it contributes to all aspects of it. Her clients are her number one priority, and she does not take for granted that they choose her studio and teaching style as their form of exercise. She adores teaching and feels privileged she gets to share her passion everyday teaching and doing what she loves.
