Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga Wellington has been operating for almost 9 years and is an integral part of the Wellington yoga scene. Since the very beginning Hot Yoga Wellington has had a commitment to it’s core values and has grown substantially. We now have three studios, our original Wakefield St studio, the Featherston Street studio, and very recently our Lower Hutt studio. We are very much community focused, balanced, fresh, grounded and strong. We strive to deliver these values on and off the mat so you can get the most out of your practice.

We have created our studios to be a sanctuary for the yoga community where mind, body and spirit can be balanced and brought to life. With experienced teachers who bring their strength, openness and individuality to each class. Check out our teachers below.

Five different styles of yoga are taught at all three studios, including Hot, Yin-Yang, Power Vinyasa, Yin and Hot Sampler. This brings diversity to each studio and gives our community options. You can read more about each style in our class description tab.

Part of what makes Hot Yoga Wellington successful and strong is that we offer in house teacher training. This means we have a very consistent approach and philosophy in the delivery of our classes.

We welcome you to the studio, to the yoga community and to your own journey of yoga. Whatever brings you to the mat is perfect, it is ultimately then you can explore what is there for you.
