Empower Studio is about functional movement, intelligent nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, inspiring you to live in optimal health. We pride ourselves on being one of Wellington’s most empowering spaces – somewhere you can leave feeling positive, healthy and empowered to take on the world. We understand the importance of balance, that’s why we offer 30 and 45-minute classes every weekday.
Our philosophy of movement is unique. Empower Studio is about developing body awareness through improved movement patterns. You will be guided by a team of professionals who share a broad knowledge and experience in functional anatomy, helping you realise a strong, functioning body and calm mind.

We believe that yoga and fitness should be for all – for the bendy and for the not-so-bendy alike. We created Empower Studio so that we could be a part of inspiring Wellingtonians to get out, get moving, and to feel great through the practice of yoga and TRX.
Whether you choose our yoga classes at 45 minutes or TRX Suspension Training at 30 minutes, either option will fit into your break comfortably. The evening classes are longer for those with time to attend.
