About Health and well-being of everyone depends on balance of one's mental, physical and emotional states. Yoga invites us to connect to ourselves for reliable results and efficiency in very simple but yet holistic way, and practised for thousands of years. In my sessions I share the art and a science of these ancient Yoga techniques including postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and guided relaxation (yoga nidra). My sessions are developed for a variety of needs, including restoration and strengthening of physique, deep relaxation and work with energies. I see my mission is to get these techniques available to everyone, and leave it to your consideration to use it for your own benefits. Having my own relationship with yoga practice for two decades now, I was lucky to get training with best teachers of the Saraswati lineage on how to share yoga science with others and help them to awaken their body and mind.
